Summary
A bioinformatics scientist and manager specialising in study design, classification, statistical and functional integration of high-dimensional biological (omics) data. Line management and project management/operations experience in client-facing roles.
Technical skills
Experience of analysing e.g.:
- Transcriptomic data from qPCR, microarray and RNASeq
- Genomic data from microarray and DNASeq
- Proteomic data from microarray, LC-MS-(MS) and IHC
- Metabolomic data from NMR, GC-MS-(MS) and LC-MS-(MS)
- Data integration of multiple data types
Programming expertise in e.g.:
